This policy covers this website only — systemfit.app. The SystemFit mobile app has not been released yet; when it launches it will have its own separate privacy policy covering the data it handles.
What we collect
One thing: the email address you type into the launch notification form on the Download page. Nothing else, and only if you choose to submit it.
We do not ask for your name, and there are no accounts on this website.
Why we collect it
To email you about SystemFit's launch and release availability. That is the only purpose. Submitting the form is your consent to receive those updates.
Who processes it
Resend stores and processes contact and subscription data on our behalf as our email service provider. Your address is kept in Resend rather than in a separate SystemFit database.
This website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs as part of operating the service, in the same way any web host does.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your email address.
- We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
- This website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.
- There is no analytics or tracking on this site — no Google Analytics, no pixels, no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this site itself, so simply reading a page does not contact anyone else.
- We do not store your IP address in any SystemFit database.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can manage your preferences from it at any time. If you unsubscribe, we treat that as final — re-submitting the signup form will not quietly put you back on the list.
You can also ask us to delete your address entirely. We will remove it from Resend.
