Who's building this?
Hi! My name is Malik Ali. I am the founder and all-in-one employee :) I'm a student, an athlete and a reader.
At some point during that workout, two parts of my life collided: I love training. I love this medium. Why couldn't I build something around both and make its success useful to the people creating the stories in the first place?
SystemFit didn't start as a startup idea.
The idea came to me mid-workout. I'd been training for years by then, and reading manga and manhwa for just as long.
I was thinking about another series I cared about running into trouble behind the scenes — how often creative work gets disrupted by the economics writers, illustrators and studios have to deal with. Those stories had come with me through moving away from my home country to study, and through some hard stretches after that.
Somewhere between sets, the two things connected: the training, and the stories. What if I built something around both — and tried to make its success useful to the creators behind those stories too?
A month or two later I started building.
If the fitness was going to be real, the numbers couldn't be made up either.
SystemFit's physical evaluation and health methodology use established standards, reference data, public-health guidance and sports-science research rather than numbers that felt right.

SystemFit can't fix a creative industry. But if it becomes successful, I want that success to turn into opportunities for independent creators — exposure, collaboration, partnerships, and eventually financial support once the platform can responsibly carry it.
SystemFit will change.
